Please read SEAL Team 3 Rules and Guidelines
: No member of SEAL Team 3 will disrespect, bully, harass, "troll," or otherwise hurt anyone while being apart of the team.
Team Speak avatars will not have anything offensive, graphic or pornographic.
Your Team Speak profile name must stay in regulations at all times unless told to change it.
The chain of command shall be utilized at all times. Any deviation from the chain of command must warrant a good reason.
Customs and courtesies shall be utilized when addressing another member in the unit. This may be temporarily waived by the individual being addressed. An example would be when playing a game in one of the game rooms.
Proper equipment load outs must be used at all times, no exceptions.
: Members shall not interrupt other people when joining Team Speak channels. Wait to be acknowledged by those inside the channel before speaking or when there is a brief moment to begin speaking.
: Members shall utilize the "AFK Room” when going AFK.
No multigrouping, ever.
If you ever have to take a Leave of Absence (LOA) or Extended Leave of Absence (ELOA), post it on the forums letting your Chain of Command know.
: Participating in unit operations and training's are a must. Every member will do their best to participate in unit events and if you cannot make it to any then let your chain of command know. The SEAL Team 3 requires it's members to be very active to stay apart of the group. If you feel that you cannot keep to these standards you will be placed in our reserve component. If a member is showing no more activity once placed in the reserve component they risk themselves being discharged from the unit.
When participating in any formal operation, follow the orders given to you by whoever is appointed above you. What stops a smooth operation is someone who constantly questions his leaderships intent. If you have suggestions or concerns leave them for after the operation while being respectful.
No Lone-wolves, the unit works as a team. If you do not understand the concept of working with a team then respectfully play somewhere else.
Under no circumstance will a team member fire on base outside designated training areas, in harassing manner, or at a friendly force. (This includes other weapon systems and items).
A team member will not use any third party programs such as scripts, hacks, aim-bots, personal arsenal, etc to gain an unfair advantage and/or use in a malicious manner that is frowned upon.
SEAL Team 3 only accepts candidates who are 18 years and older. Sorry if this is a shutdown for some of the younger players, but you are more than welcome to play with the unit. Exceptions can be made but they are rare for younger players to join.
